James Tomlinson
Chief Platform Officer
As Chief Platform Officer at eSentire, James Tomlinson is responsible for the vision and direction of the eSentire Atlas Security Operations Platform. With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, he brings extensive expertise in security operations, product strategy, and service management.
Prior to his current appointment, James was VP of Service Management and User Experience at eSentire, and previously served as VP Product Management at Trustwave. He held strategic leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Director of MSS Security Analytics, and spent time at Verizon Business, driving their MSS Product Strategy as the Director of Security Monitoring and MSS Product Strategy. James began his security career at Cybertrust Corporation, where he served as Director of Product Management.
Throughout his career, James has been instrumental in developing and implementing innovative security solutions and services that address the evolving needs of enterprise customers. His expertise spans security operations, product strategy, and platform development, with a particular focus on managed security services, security analytics, AI and user experience.
