The annual Partner Program Guide provides a definitive list of the most notable partner programs from industry-leading technology vendors that provide innovative products and services indirectly through the IT channel. The 5-Star rating is achieved only by select vendors who go above and beyond to transform how value is delivered through the channel, to the end user customer.
Over the last year, eSentire made significant investments in our e3 ecosystem, structured entirely on enhancing the delivery of value to the end customer. By shifting the focus away from traditional channel models and towards building a partner ecosystem, we were able to successfully map partner engagement, productivity and overall experience to the different ways consumers wanted to engage with our 24/7 Multi-Signal Managed Detection and Response, Exposure Management, and Incident Response services, whether it be through marketplaces, MSPs, MSSPs, Trusted Advisors, Distributors or Technology Partners.
Our e3 Fast Start program sets out a prescriptive path for partners to complete key milestones (e.g., training, certification, joint planning, portal usage) enabling them to identify and close opportunities sooner, while being rewarded for their efforts.
Coming off a year of impressive growth and momentum with over 50% of bookings coming through the e3 ecosystem, we are slated to triple our investment in our partner program. Exciting updates coming from the e3 ecosystem this year include growing our rewards program, the expansion of our Extended Detection and Response (XDR) platform and investigative agent as a complete XDR SaaS offering, and the achievement of further geographic scale with the international market growing 3x faster than North America. We expect the e3 ecosystem to drive more than 70% of annual bookings in 2023.
