Ilan Mindel is the Chief Cyber Officer at eSentire, where he leads offensive security strategy and the advancement of proactive cyber defense. He is expanding the company's ability to simulate real-world adversaries, identify critical exposures, and strengthen customer resilience against evolving threats.
With deep expertise in cybersecurity architecture, adversarial simulation, and threat exposure management, Ilan applies artificial intelligence to power more advanced attack simulations and sharper identification of real-world risk—helping organizations shift from reactive detection to proactive, intelligence-driven security.
Previously, Ilan was CTO at IronCircle, where he led the development of advanced security platforms and drove the company to a successful acquisition. Earlier, as a security researcher and ethical hacker at BugSec, he led thousands of offensive security engagements.
Ilan has taught at The Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo, Bar-Ilan University, and Tel Aviv University, and founded one of Israel's largest cybersecurity bootcamps, training the next generation of security professionals.
