eSentire named a Top Small and Medium Employer for second consecutive year

CAMBRIDGE, Ontario– April 12, 2019 – eSentire, Inc., the global leader in Managed Detection and Response (MDR), today announced it was named to the 2019 Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers list. This marks the second consecutive year that eSentire was named to the sought-after list.

Editors selected eSentire as one of Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers because of its offering of wellness spending account to support healthy habits, its organization of numerous social events throughout the year, and for providing access to an in-house concierge service that looks after personal errands for employees.

Employers are evaluated by the editors at Canada’s Top 100 Employers using the same criteria as the national competition: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement. To determine eligibility, the Top 100 editors follow the SME definition used by Statistics Canada, limiting the competition to private-sector companies with under 500 employees worldwide.
