April 22, 2015 | 1 MIN READ

Cambridge, ON – eSentire Inc., a leader in Active Threat Protection solutions and managed security services, expands its presence at the 2015 RSA Conference held in San Francisco. Exhibiting for the third year eSentire increased its presence with a new booth and larger contingency to showcase the successful Canadian company, at the global security event of the year.

As one of 18 Canadian companies represented at the conference eSentire has become a pivotal voice for businesses looking for solutions to protect valuable assets. At a show with more than 500 exhibitors, including more than 100 added in 2015 alone, this security forum addresses topics that are clearly top-of-mind to businesses and governments alike.

“Anyone who is anyone in security or cybersecurity is at this show – this is where new technologies and strategies emerge,” said J. Paul Haynes, CEO eSentire Inc. “We have access to peers, analysts, industry experts and stakeholders invested in security solutions – it’s a powerful brand building opportunity for eSentire.”

To kick off the show eSentire announced its Strategy to increase visibility into Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted traffic, an increasing issue in cybersecurity. By forging partnerships with technology providers capable of decrypting SSL traffic, eSentire’s expert security analysts can monitor SSL traffic for previously hidden threats.

This is eSentire’s third year as an exhibitor at the highly influential conference. More than 20 countries are represented as exhibitors at the conference, the US is by far the largest with 400 exhibitors, Canada represents the third largest country at the show with 18 exhibitors, only behind the 27 German exhibitors. The event organizer estimates it will see tens of thousands of show attendees walk the floors during the three-day conference ending on April 23, 2015.
